A composition containing a cyclic amine compound (A) represented by the formula (1), a polyhydric alcohol (B) having at least one primary hydroxyl group, and a tertiary amine compound (C) is used. A curing agent composition for producing a polyurea resin. [When compound (A) represented by the formula (1) includes an optically active substance, a diastereomer, and a geometric isomer, both mixtures and isomers from which they are isolated are included.
