titleOfInvention Production method of cuttings of Pinaceae trees
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a cutting method that enables efficient seedling production of Pinaceae trees. The present invention is a method for producing cuttings of Pinaceae trees characterized by performing the following steps A and B. A. A process of rooting using a short branch of a pine family tree as a cutting head. B. A step of externally adding cytokinin to the rooting individual obtained in the step A to induce bud elongation to obtain a seedling. The pine family tree is preferably black pine, and the kind of cytokinin is preferably benzylaminopurine (BAP), kinetin or zeatin. [Selection figure] None
