abstract | 【Task】 A stable film can be formed on the surface of a carbon steel member, which is a constituent member of a nuclear power plant, in both an oxidizing atmosphere and a reducing atmosphere, and adhesion of radionuclides to the surface of the carbon steel member can be suppressed. The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for suppressing attachment of a radionuclide to a carbon steel member. [Solution] A LaCrO 3 film is formed on the surface of the carbon steel member by forming a hydroxide containing La and Cr on the surface of the carbon steel member constituting the nuclear power plant and applying heat treatment.
