abstract |
The present invention provides a colored particle that enables a more sensitive diagnosis in immunochromatography. A polymer having an average particle size of 10 to 850 nm, a color development intensity of 1.0 to 10.0, and a monomer having a reactive group and graft polymerization of 2 to 1000 repeating units is bonded. The colored cellulose fine particles, wherein the repeating unit of the monomer having a reactive group has a dispersity of less than 8 and the sphericity of the colored cellulose fine particles is 10 or less.
