titleOfInvention | Ink jet recording method and ink jet recording apparatus |
abstract | Provided is an ink jet recording method capable of recording an image in which smear and back-through are suppressed when an image is recorded using a line head, and having good intermittent ink ejection stability. An ink jet recording method including a step of recording an image on a recording medium by discharging aqueous ink from an ink jet type line head, and a step of humidifying a space between the discharge port of the line head and the recording medium. The aqueous ink contains carbon black having a DBP oil absorption of 140 mL / 100 g or more, and the dynamic surface tension of the aqueous ink at a lifetime of 10 milliseconds is 45 mN / m or less.
