titleOfInvention Electrostatic particle sensor
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor assembly including an improved electrostatic sensor. The present disclosure is directed to an integrated multi-chip module (MCM sensor assembly) having at least one electrostatic sensor and a circuit board. The electrostatic sensor includes an outer housing that contains an electrode and an amplifier therein. Includes a first end and a second end separated by a predetermined length, the second end including a sensing surface substantially flush with an edge of the outer housing. A plurality of electrons adapted to respond to one or more charged particles passing through the sensing surface by moving in either a direction toward or away from the second end. Is electrically coupled to the electrode to detect the level of particles passing through the sensing surface as a function of electron transfer, and a circuit board is provided in the outer housing to electrically connect to the sensor. Combined. [Selection] Figure 2
