titleOfInvention | Toner for electrostatic latent image development |
abstract | To provide a toner for developing an electrostatic latent image, which is excellent in heat-resistant storage stability, fixing property, charge attenuation property, and productivity. Toner particles contained in an electrostatic latent image developing toner contain a crystalline polyester resin and an amorphous polyester resin containing terephthalic acid as an acid component, respectively, as a binder resin. In the FT-IR spectrum of the toner, the maximum intensity of the absorbance peak appearing at a wave number of 701 cm −1 ± 1 cm −1 is 0.0100 or more and 0.0250 or less. The glass transition point of the toner is 55 ° C. or higher and 65 ° C. or lower. In the differential molecular weight distribution curve of the toner, the maximum peak in the molecular weight range of 1.0 × 10 2 to 1.0 × 10 6 is in the range of molecular weight 4500 to 5500, and the molecular weight 1.0 × 10 2 to 1.0 × 10 6. Of the total peak area in the following range, the ratio of the total peak area in the molecular weight range of 2.5 × 10 4 to 1.0 × 10 6 is 20% to 45%. [Selection] Figure 1 |
