titleOfInvention | Photocurable composition and method for producing electronic component |
abstract | A photocurable composition capable of obtaining a cured film excellent in pencil hardness and light reflectivity is provided. A photocurable composition according to the present invention comprises an epoxy (meth) acrylate having no carboxyl group, a (meth) acrylate compound having three or more (meth) acryloyl groups, and a (meth) acryloyl group. An epoxy (meth) acrylate 100 that contains a (meth) acrylate compound having 1, a white pigment, and a photopolymerization initiator, the white pigment content is 30% by weight or more, and has no carboxyl group. The total content of the two (meth) acrylate compounds is 100 parts by weight or more and 1000 parts by weight or less with respect to parts by weight. [Selection] Figure 1 |
