abstract |
A sulfide solid electrolyte having excellent stability and high ion conductivity is provided. SOLUTION: It contains lithium element, sulfur element and phosphorus element, and is diffracted to at least 2θ = 16.7 ± 0.5 deg and 33.7 ± 0.5 deg in powder X-ray diffraction (CuKα: λ = 1.54184). A sulfide solid electrolyte having a peak and containing an element M selected from Si, Ge and Sn, the element ratio of element M to phosphorus element P (M / P) is 0.25 or less.
