Electrostatic image developing toner, electrostatic image developer, toner cartridge, process cartridge, image forming apparatus, and image forming method |
abstract |
To provide a toner for developing an electrostatic charge image that suppresses the occurrence of image displacement. A toner particle containing a binder resin and a release agent and an external additive containing a fatty acid metal salt particle are attached to the toner particle in a toner before ultrasonic desorption treatment. The non-adhesion rate that represents the proportion of the fatty acid metal salt particles that are not attached is 45% or less, and in the toner after ultrasonic desorption treatment, the non-attachment rate is determined based on the proportion of the fatty acid metal salt particles that are not attached to the toner particles. An electrostatic charge image developing toner having a weak adhesion rate of 55% or more, which represents a ratio obtained by subtracting the adhesion rate. [Selection figure] None |
