titleOfInvention Double and single anchor type isomaltomegalosaccharide, method for producing the same and use thereof
abstract Disclosed is a material having a new solubilizing ability that has no limitation on the molecular size of a poorly water-soluble compound and that facilitates dissociation of the hardly water-soluble compound from a complex formed with the poorly water-soluble compound. A double anchor type isomaltomegalosaccharide (DIMS) having an anchor sugar chain at both ends of an isomaltomegalo sugar chain, and a single anchor type isoform having an anchor sugar chain at the non-reducing end of the isomaltomegalosugar chain. Maltomegalosugar (N-SIMS). The isomaltomegalo sugar chain is composed of glucopyranose linked by α1-6 bonds, and the degree of polymerization of glucopyranose is in the range of 10-100. The anchor sugar chain on the reducing end side is composed of glucopyranose linked by α1-4 bonds, and the degree of polymerization of glucopyranose is in the range of 2 to 20 (DIMS). The anchor sugar chain on the non-reducing end side is glucopyranose linked by α1-4 bonds, and the polymerization degree of glucopyranose is in the range of 1-50 (DIMS) and in the range of 1-100 (N-SIMS). .
