abstract To provide a hydrogen water generation system and a hydrogen bath system capable of reliably improving the concentration of hydrogen in hydrogen water. [Solution] The hydrogen bath system 100 includes a hydrogen generator 1 and a microbubble generator 2. The hydrogen generator 1 supplies hydrogen gas, and the water pump of the microbubble generator 25 in the microbubble generator 2 supplies water. The generating nozzle of the microbubble generating unit 25 in the microbubble generating device 2 dissolves the fine bubbles of the hydrogen gas supplied by the hydrogen generating device 1 while applying pressure to the water supplied by the water supply pump. Thus, pressurized hydrogen water, which is a liquid in which fine hydrogen bubbles are dissolved, is generated. [Selection] Figure 1
