titleOfInvention | Novel glucose dehydrogenase |
abstract | To provide a flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) -dependent glucose dehydrogenase (EC 1.1.99.910) (FAD-GDH) useful for measuring glucose and its use. SOLUTION: (1) Action: catalyzing reaction of oxidizing glucose hydroxyl group in the presence of electron acceptor to produce glucono-δ-lactone; (2) substrate specificity: 100% reactivity to D-glucose (3) pH stability: stable at pH 4 to 6; (4) amino acid sequence: a specific amino acid sequence, or an amino acid that is 80% or more identical to the amino acid sequence An enzyme agent for glucose measurement, comprising FAD-GDH as an active ingredient. A glucose measurement test comprising the FAD-GDH as an active ingredient, a glucose measurement kit comprising the glucose measurement reagent, and a glucose sensor comprising FAD-GDH.
