abstract | To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive that has excellent peelability and is less likely to float or peel off from an adherend after being exposed to a high-temperature environment or a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet using the same. A pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising a urethane urea copolymer (A) and a polyol (B), wherein the urethane urea copolymer (A) is contained in a molecule as a unit constituting the copolymer. A urethane urea copolymer containing an isocyanate compound (A-1) unit containing two isocyanate groups, a polyol (A-2) unit containing two hydroxyl groups in the molecule, and a diamino compound (A-3) unit.
