abstract A method for efficiently producing an antibody against a target antigen is provided. The present invention relates to a method for producing an antibody against a target antigen, wherein non-transformed cells capable of expressing a fusion protein of a protein domain capable of inducing an apoptotic signal when approaching each other and a target antigen are non-expressed. The method comprises collecting an antibody against the antigen from a biological sample derived from the non-human animal after being transplanted and engrafted in a human animal.
