abstract |
An oligonucleotide analog targeting human LMNA is provided. An antisense oligonucleotide targeted to LMNA for reducing the expression of one or more abnormally spliced LMNA mRNA isoforms encoding progelin is provided. Antisense oligonucleotides are provided for use in modulating aberrant splicing of human LMNA pre-mRNA, wherein the oligonucleotide comprises a morpholino subunit and a subunit of a subunit adjacent to the morpholino nitrogen of one subunit.
