An oily taste improving agent for foods and drinks, an oily taste improving method for foods and drinks, and a composition for eating and drinking that can be provided. The composition for eating and drinking contains one or more selected from the group consisting of DHA, EPA, cacao butter, rice oil, and rapeseed oil, and piceatannol. Moreover, the oily taste improving agent of this food / beverage product uses piceatannol as an active ingredient. Moreover, this oily taste improvement method of food / beverage products adds piceatannol to the food / beverage products which have oily taste in the quantity effective in improving the oily taste of this food / beverage products.
