abstract |
A cartridge for detecting a protein or a pathogen quickly and with high sensitivity and an automatic detection apparatus including the cartridge are provided. A container 105 of a cartridge 100 includes an outside air introduction port 111 and an outside air outlet side vent port 150, and the outside air inlet port 111 and the outside air outlet side vent port 150 receive outside air introduced from the inlet port 111. It is configured to pass through the supporting electrolyte solution held in the container and to be led out to the vent 150 on the outside air outlet side. When the outside air passes through the supporting electrolyte solution 104, the one or a plurality of working electrodes 101 are provided.
