titleOfInvention | Sliding member and sliding mechanism |
abstract | The present invention provides a sliding member and a sliding mechanism that can suppress an increase in cost, are excellent in low friction characteristics and wear resistance, can suppress the corrosive action by an ionic liquid, and can prevent the occurrence of rust on a sliding surface. A sliding mechanism (1) includes a sliding member (2) having a sliding surface (20) and a mating member (3) having a facing surface (30) that slides on the sliding surface (20) of the sliding member (2). The sliding member 2 includes a base material 4 made of metal and a solid lubricant 5 embedded in the base material 4. In the surface 40 of the base material 4 constituting the sliding surface 20, a plurality of insertion holes 41 are formed at equal intervals at the sliding contact positions with the facing surface 30 for the arrangement of the solid lubricant 5. The solid lubricant 5 is an ionic liquid containing a porous graphite material, having lubricating oil and bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl) amide as an anion, and an imidazolium or ammonium group having an alkyl group having 4 or more carbon atoms as an organic cation. Is impregnated. The mating member 3 is made of metal and is attached so as to be rotatable around an axis. [Selection] Figure 1 |
