abstract |
An electromagnetic wave shielding film having excellent flame retardancy on the outermost surface of an insulating resin layer and suppressing a decrease in heat resistance of the insulating resin layer and a printed wiring board with an electromagnetic wave shielding film are provided. An electromagnetic wave shielding film having an insulating resin layer and a conductive layer adjacent to the insulating resin layer, wherein the insulating resin layer is opposite to the conductive layer in the insulating resin layer. The flame retardant in the 1st insulating resin layer 12 (100 mass%) which has the 1st insulating resin layer 12 used as the outermost layer, and 2nd insulating resin layers 14 other than the 1st insulating resin layer 12 Is higher than the content (mass%) of the flame retardant in the second insulating resin layer 14 (100 mass%).
