abstract |
A gas component detection device 50 having a simple structure and a small size is realized. A gas component detection device includes a heat flow sensor for detecting a heat flow of a mixed gas containing hydrogen gas and nitrogen gas having different thermal conductivities in a flow path of a gas-liquid separator. The pressure sensor 37 for detecting the pressure of the mixed gas in the flow path 35a and the control circuit 40 are provided. The heat flow change amount a and the pressure change amount b are obtained based on the detection value of the heat flow sensor 36 and the detection value of the pressure sensor 37. The control circuit 40 obtains the hydrogen gas concentration Ha in the mixed gas based on the heat flow rate change rate “a / b” indicating the correlation between the heat flow rate change amount a and the pressure change amount b.
