abstract In a rear-wheel drive fuel cell vehicle, a fuel cell mounting structure capable of attenuating vibrations of auxiliary equipment while suppressing an increase in cost of wiring and piping of the auxiliary equipment is obtained. A fuel cell mounting structure is provided in a vehicle 10 in which a drive motor for driving a rear wheel is disposed at the rear of the vehicle, and is disposed above the suspension member 24 provided in the vehicle front portion 11 so as to prevent a plurality of protections. A fuel cell 18 connected to the suspension member 24 via the vibration member 26, and an auxiliary machine attached to the fuel cell 18 in a non-contact state with respect to the suspension member 24 and including at least an air compressor 48 and a pump. 42.
