titleOfInvention | Insulated wire |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide an insulated wire capable of promoting a reduction in dielectric constant while suppressing a decrease in flexibility. An insulated wire according to an aspect of the present invention is an insulated wire including a linear conductor and one or more insulating layers laminated on an outer peripheral surface of the conductor, the one or more At least one of the insulating layers has a matrix mainly composed of a synthetic resin and a plurality of pores dispersed in the matrix, and the average diameter of the plurality of pores is 0.1 μm or more and 10 μm or less. The porosity of the insulating layer having the plurality of pores is 10% by volume or more and 30% by volume or less. The insulating layer directly laminated on the conductor does not have pores, and the insulating layer having the plurality of pores may be laminated outside the insulating layer having no pores. The plurality of pores may be derived from a plurality of thermally decomposable resin particles. The elongation percentage of the entire insulating layer or layers is preferably 40% or more and 150% or less. [Selection] Figure 1 |
