abstract | The present invention provides a laminate that can make it difficult to recognize irregularities on the surface of a laminate caused by a stealth ink layer, and can further prevent forgery and modification, and a method for manufacturing the laminate. A transfer object, a stealth ink layer containing an invisible light absorbing material on the transfer object, and a concealing layer on the transfer object and the stealth ink layer are provided. The laminate 10 in which the thickness of the masking layer 13 is four times or more the thickness of the stealth ink layer 12 and the masking layer 13 includes the shielding layer 14. Further, the receiving layer 15 is provided on the shielding layer 14 or a receiving layer is provided on the opposite side of the stealth-in layer 12 of the transfer body 11, an image is formed on the receiving layer 15, and the protective layer 16 is formed thereon.
