An object of the present invention is to immobilize an HPC derivative that enables temperature control over a wide range, allows for the separation and recovery of cultured cells under conditions that do not damage the cells, and makes experimental operations at room temperature easier. Another object is to provide a temperature-responsive culture substrate. In the temperature-responsive cell culture substrate of the present invention, a specific carbonated hydroxypropylcellulose derivative is immobilized in a film form on at least a part of the substrate surface, and the film thickness is 1 to 100 nm. It is characterized by. [Selection] Figure 1 |
