Disclosed is a composition for preventing or treating diabetes comprising a continuous insulin conjugate and a continuous insulin secretory peptide conjugate, and a method for treating diabetes comprising the step of administering the composition. Sustained insulin conjugate and sustained insulin secretory peptide conjugate are composed of insulin and insulin secretory peptide, respectively, linked to an immunoglobulin Fc region via a non-peptidic linker. Persistence and stability in the body are improved, and the composition is administered in combination with a continuous insulin conjugate and a continuous insulin secretory peptide conjugate to suppress weight gain by insulin administration and nausea and vomiting by insulin secretory peptide administration. A pharmaceutical composition that can suppress insulin, reduce the dose of insulin, and greatly improve the degree of compliance. [Selection] Figure 1 |
