titleOfInvention | Low ESR anode lead tape for solid electrolytic capacitors |
abstract | A solid electrolytic capacitor including a capacitor element capable of exhibiting an extremely low ESR and an anode lead assembly is provided. A capacitor element includes a sintered porous anode body, a dielectric layer covering the sintered porous anode body, and a cathode covering the dielectric layer and including a solid electrolyte. The anode lead assembly 50 includes an anode lead tape having an embedded portion disposed within the anode body and an outer portion extending longitudinally from the surface of the anode body, the width of the anode lead tape being greater than the height of the anode lead tape. . On the other hand, the carrier lead 70 is disposed outside the anode body and includes a first portion 71 and a second portion 72. The first portion has a substantially planar surface and is connected to the substantially planar surface of the outer portion of the anode lead tape. [Selection] Figure 1 |
