abstract In a fermented milk product containing grape juice, a fermented milk product having a good flavor is provided which suppresses excessive acidity derived from fruit juice leading to a decrease in palatability while enhancing the grape flavor. SOLUTION: Grape juice and berry juice are contained, and the amount of berry juice in terms of straight juice is contained at a ratio of 0.01 to 0.39 parts by mass with respect to 1 part by mass of grape juice in terms of straight fruit juice.
