abstract | A resin composition having excellent softness, heat resistance, cold resistance and mechanical properties, and a method for producing the same are provided. A resin composition comprising 100 parts by mass of a cross copolymer, 10 to 100 parts by mass of a polypropylene resin, and 20 to 200 parts by mass of an oil. Here, the cross-copolymer is a copolymer obtained by a polymerization process consisting of a coordination polymerization process and a cross-linking process, and as a coordination polymerization process, a single-site coordination polymerization catalyst is used for ethylene-olefin-aromatic. A copolymer obtained by synthesizing a polyene copolymer and then polymerizing using a polymerization initiator in the presence of the ethylene-olefin-aromatic polyene copolymer and aromatic vinyl compound monomer as a cross-linking step.
