titleOfInvention Cement kiln exhaust gas treatment apparatus and treatment method
abstract An object of the present invention is to treat cement kiln exhaust gas efficiently and at low cost while effectively utilizing the thermal energy of eco cement kiln exhaust gas. A heat recovery device (boiler) 4 for recovering heat from an exhaust gas G1 of an eco-cement kiln, an activated carbon addition device 7 for adding activated carbon AC1 to the exhaust gas G2 of the heat recovery device, and an exhaust gas G5 to which activated carbon AC1 is added. A dust collector 8 for collecting dust, a reheating device 9 for reheating the exhaust gas G6 of the dust collector 8, a catalyst device 10 for removing harmful substances in the reheated exhaust gas G7, and an exhaust gas G8 of the catalyst device A cement kiln exhaust gas treatment apparatus 1 including a wet dust collector (wet scrubber) 11 that performs wet dust collection. The reheating device 9 can perform reheating using the heat recovered by the heat recovery device 4. [Selection] Figure 1
