A synthetic liquid cell is provided. An analytical sample processing method includes: extracting an encapsulated liquid from an encapsulated liquid input; and (a) placing the extracted encapsulated solution on a free surface of a carrier liquid in a carrier liquid conduit including a stabilizing function. And (b) in proximity to the stabilizing function, the encapsulated liquid is immiscible with the carrier liquid, so that the released encapsulated liquid is not mixed with the carrier liquid, but on the carrier liquid. A step of floating and fixing by a stabilization function; a step of extracting an analysis sample solution from an input of the analysis sample solution; and a step of releasing the extracted analysis sample solution, wherein the analysis sample solution includes an encapsulated solution and And immiscible with the carrier liquid, whereby the analysis sample liquid does not mix with the encapsulated liquid or the carrier liquid.
