The heat-resistant synthetic resin microporous film of the present invention includes a synthetic resin microporous film and a coating layer formed on at least a part of the surface of the synthetic resin microporous film. It contains a polymer of a polymerizable compound having two or more radically polymerizable functional groups in one molecule, and the maximum heat shrinkage ratio after heating at a heating rate of 5 ° C./min from 25 ° C. to 250 ° C. 15% or less, puncture strength is 0.6 N or more, and OIT measured in an oxygen atmosphere at 200 ° C. is 7 minutes or more.
