abstract | Disclosed is a drug or food for effective prevention or treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). SOLUTION: (1) A step of fermenting a placenta using a fermenting microorganism to obtain a placental fermented degradation product; (2) converting the placental fermented degradation product into a fermentation extract placenta extract and an insoluble fraction which are soluble fractions; A step of separating, (3) a step of treating the insoluble fraction with a protease to obtain a protease-degraded extracted placenta extract, and (4) a step of mixing the fermentation-extracted placenta extract and the protease-degraded extracted placenta extract to obtain a composition. The manufacturing method of the composition which contains it, and the pharmaceutical composition obtained by the manufacturing method. The fermenting microorganism is one or more microorganisms selected from lactic acid bacteria, yeast, Bacillus subtilis or koji mold, and the prosthesis is selected from acid protease, neutral protease, alkaline protease, pepsin, trypsin, chymotrypsin, elastase, collagenase, etc. 1 A method of manufacture which is one or more proteases.
