abstract A registration error amount between colors can be accurately detected even by a camera that captures an image at a wide angle. A register measurement mark (MP) is composed of a first register mark group (S1) and a second register mark group (S2). The first register mark group (S1) is composed of register marks (P4 to P7) of each color including the reference color, and the second register mark group (S2) is the same number of reference colors as the register marks (P4 to P7) of each color. Register marks (P0 to P3). The register marks (P4 to P7) of the respective colors are printed at intervals a in one row in the arrangement direction, with either the top-to-bottom direction or the left-right direction of the printed material being the arrangement direction. The reference color register marks (P0 to P3) are arranged in the first register mark group (S1) at positions shifted in parallel by a distance b in a direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction of the first register mark group (S1). Printing is performed at the same interval as the interval a of the register marks (P4 to P7) of each color in a line in the same direction as the direction. [Selection] Figure 3A
