Preferably, tissue fibrosis such as pulmonary fibrosis such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis; liver fibrosis such as cirrhosis and chronic hepatitis; rheumatoid arthritis; eye disorders; cutaneous fibrosis such as keloid skin; Polypeptides and pharmaceutical compositions for treating diseases selected from the group of vascular pathologies such as renal fibrosis, such as nephritis and nephrosclerosis; wound healing; reduction of scarring; and restenosis.
