An anti-TGFbetaRII immunoglobulin single variable domain is provided. An anti-TGFbetaRII immunoglobulin single variable domain has a specific amino acid sequence with up to 5 amino acid substitutions, deletions or additions, and is associated with TGFbeta signaling.
