abstract |
The present invention relates to a method capable of efficiently producing a flexible copper-clad laminate having excellent dielectric properties and high heat resistance, and to enable efficient production with excellent dielectric properties and high heat resistance. An object is to provide a flexible copper-clad laminate. A method for producing a flexible copper-clad laminate according to the present invention comprises: (A) a carboxy group-containing styrene elastomer, and (B) one or more epoxy groups and one or more vinyls on at least one surface of an insulating film. Applying an adhesive composition comprising a crosslinking compound having a group and / or an isopropenyl group; drying the adhesive composition applied on the insulating film by heating; and the dry adhesive composition A step of laminating a copper foil on an object to form a laminate; and a step of curing the dry adhesive composition by irradiating the laminate with an energy ray.
