titleOfInvention Sensor device
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device that is used by being attached to a living body and can easily and reliably track the deformation of the surface of the living body. The sensor device of the present invention is formed so that at least a part of the sheet-like first dielectric layer and the front and back surfaces of the first dielectric layer face each other with the first dielectric layer interposed therebetween. A first electrode layer and a second electrode layer, wherein the opposing portions of the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer serve as a detection unit, and the areas of the front and back surfaces of the first dielectric layer are reversibly changed. A sensor device that is used for tracking deformation of a living body surface, the sensor device comprising: a sensor element that deforms into a sensor; and a measuring instrument that measures a change in capacitance in the detection unit. The element is attached to the living body so that the back side is close to the living body, the measuring instrument has a detection block, and the detection block is connected to the first electrode layer of the sensor element.
