titleOfInvention | Monocyte separation filter, monocyte separation method, monocyte separation instrument and gel material |
abstract | To provide a monocyte separation filter capable of efficiently separating and recovering monocytes from a liquid to be treated. The monocyte separation filter of the present invention is a monocyte separation filter that separates the monocytes from a liquid to be treated containing monocytes, and is at least one of the parts in contact with the liquid to be treated. The part is made of a material including a stimulus-responsive gel that expands or contracts by stimulation with a predetermined substance. The stimulus-responsive gel is preferably swelled by contact with sugars or oxo acids. It is preferable that the monocyte separation filter includes a fiber in which at least a part of the surface is made of a material containing the stimulus-responsive gel. [Selection figure] None |
