abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a toner for developing an electrostatic charge image that has good low-temperature fixability and hardly deteriorates in fixability even after storage in a high-temperature state. An electrostatic charge image developing toner of the present invention contains toner particles containing a binder resin and a release agent, and contains a vinyl resin and a crystalline polyester resin as the binder resin, The crystalline polyester resin has a structural unit represented by the general formula (1), and the crystalline polyester resin has C alcohol as the carbon number of the main chain of the structural unit derived from the polyhydric alcohol for forming the crystalline polyester resin. When the carbon number of the main chain of the structural unit derived from the polyvalent carboxylic acid for forming the polyester resin is C acid , the relational expression (2) is satisfied.
