abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a breathable film that has flexibility and stretchability, is excellent in heat resistance, and can maintain a desired breathability at any time of expansion and contraction. SOLUTION: Linear low density polyethylene (A) (density: 0.900 to 0.940 g / cm 3 , melting point: 100 to 130 ° C., MFR: 0.5 to 5 g / 10 min) is 30 to 70 parts by mass. The inorganic filler (C) is 50 to 300 parts by mass and the plasticizer (D) is 1 to 30 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin comprising 70 to 30 parts by mass of the olefinic thermoplastic elastomer (B). The breathable film is characterized in that the strength at 20% elongation in the transverse direction (TD) is 0.1 to 5 MPa, and the residual strain after 50% elongation in the transverse direction (TD) is 20% or less.
