titleOfInvention Photoacid generator and photosensitive composition
abstract A photoacid generator having excellent polymerization initiation performance for a cationically polymerizable compound and a photosensitive composition containing the photoacid generator are provided. A photoacid generator represented by formula (1) or (2) and a photosensitive composition using the photoacid generator. (X- is a tetrakis (fluorophenyl) borate anion, tris (fluorophenyl) borate anion, bis (trifluorosulfonyl) imide anion, etc .; n is an integer of 2 to 6; R is an organic group.) Since the generator has excellent polymerization initiating performance, it can be initiated only by being contained in a small amount in the photosensitive composition. Therefore, a decomposition product of the remaining photoacid generator in the release layer of the release sheet. Can be reduced, and a reduction in the peeling force of the release sheet can be prevented. [Selection figure] None
