abstract |
Provided is a method for producing nanoparticles of pteridine derivative such as folic acid having a small particle size and suppressing aggregation over time. A mixture containing 0.9 parts by weight or more of α-glucosyl rutin (α-monoglucosyl rutin or the like) per 1 part by weight of a pteridine derivative (folic acid or the like) is pulverized to give a median diameter of 1000 nm or less ( A method for producing α-glucosylrutin-containing pteridine derivative nanoparticles, comprising a step of forming a particulate composition that is preferably 100 nm or less.
