abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a filler for construction using coal ash that does not meet the standards of JIS A6201 (2015). SOLUTION: Solidified material and sludge water obtained by separating sand and gravel from washing water of raw concrete handling equipment despite containing coal ash that does not meet the standards of JIS A6201 (2015). A filler for construction that has the effect of suppressing solid-liquid separation and increasing the strength when solidified by containing simultaneously. The sludge water has a solid content concentration of less than 1 to 25% by mass, a compressive strength at a material age of 28 days of 3.5 to 30 N / mm 2 , and a construction further including a heavy metal insolubilizing agent and a hexavalent chromium reducing agent.
