titleOfInvention | Anion exchange resin and method for producing the same |
abstract | An anion exchange resin that uses an inexpensive general-purpose resin as a base material and can recover an anion exchange resin at a high recovery rate from a waste liquid containing anions such as chromium ions. Manufactured by the method. The method for producing an anion exchange resin according to the present invention comprises an immersion step of immersing a polymer substrate in a monomer solution containing a halogenated hydrocarbon moiety, and a polymer substrate immersed in the monomer solution. It includes a polymerization step of irradiating ionizing radiation, graft-polymerizing the monomer onto the polymer substrate to obtain a graft polymerization substrate, and a modification step of modifying the graft polymerization substrate with a tertiary amine. In addition, the anion exchange resin according to the present invention includes a graft chain containing a triethylenediamine moiety in which at least one nitrogen atom is halogenated quaternary ammonium chloride and a benzene ring moiety grafted to a polymer substrate as a main chain. It is a polymerized anion exchange resin. [Selection] Figure 1 |
