abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a column packing material and a column excellent in resolution of optical isomers. It is another object of the present invention to provide a column packing material and a column capable of separating optical isomers using a reverse phase mobile phase that can be directly used for LC / MS. The present invention relates to a column filler in which cyclodextrin is bound to a carrier via a spacer, wherein the spacer contains a sugar chain, and the hydroxyl group of the cyclodextrin and the spacer is acetylated.
