【Task】 To deliver a single multiparticulate dosage form that delivers one or more basic active drug ingredients into the body in need of the drug to achieve a target PK (pharmacokinetic) profile. [Solution] The present invention relates to unit multiparticulate dosage forms comprising one or more multilayer coated drug particles (beads, pellets, mini-tablets / micro-tablets) having a barrier coating and a delay coating. Each timed pulsed release (TPR) bead population exhibits different release characteristics after exhibiting a predetermined delay time.
