abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide smoothness to an adhesive layer and at the same time improve slipperiness without occurrence of blocking even when it is overlapped with a hard coat layer, and it is easy to detect defects by an automatic inspection machine, in order to prevent scattering. A release film suitable for a substrate-less double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet suitable as a protective t of the present invention is provided. SOLUTION: It has a structure composed of at least two layers, and has a release layer on one side of a polyester film having a thickness of 50 to 150 μm having an inclination of an orientation angle principal axis (orientation angle) of 12 degrees or less, and front and back surfaces.
