titleOfInvention | Method for evaluating innate immunity level and product containing baker's yeast beta-glucan for improving innate immunity level |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for evaluating a human innate immunity level and a baker's yeast beta-glucan-containing product for improving the innate immunity level measured by the method. As a result of intensive studies in view of the above problems, the inventor has uniquely determined that a systemic innate immunity level can be quantitatively evaluated by measuring and quantifying human herpesvirus 7 in saliva. The headline, a new evaluation method of innate immunity level was created. Furthermore, by daily ingestion of baker's yeast beta-glucan every day, the innate immunity level is increased and the innate immunity level is improved against a decrease in the innate immunity level evaluated by human herpesvirus 7 in saliva. The present inventors have found that the present invention can be accomplished and have completed the present invention. [Selection figure] None |
