Disclosed is a laminated electrical steel sheet capable of reducing distortion induced in a steel sheet during bonding and bonding extremely thin steel sheets without reducing iron loss. Two non-directional electrical steel sheets 11 and 11 each having a thickness of 0.10 mm to 0.25 mm are laminated via an adhesive layer 12, and the adhesive layer 12 is bonded to the non-oriented electrical steel sheet 11. On the surface, dotted adhesive portions 21 are provided in a staggered arrangement. Since the non-oriented electrical steel sheets 11 can be bonded to each other with an appropriate bonding strength, the strain induced in the steel sheets during bonding can be reduced, and the steel sheets can be bonded together without reducing iron loss.
