abstract A silver mirror film layer-forming composition solution that can form a silver mirror film layer in a short time at room temperature without heating, and that does not generate harmful components or corrosive by-products, and a silver mirror film using the same A method of forming a layer is provided. A composition solution for forming a silver mirror film layer of one embodiment of the present invention comprises dissolving a polymer dispersant in an alcohol solvent and dispersing at least one silver compound selected from silver oxide and silver carbonate. And a dispersion solution of silver nanoparticles obtained by irradiating the alcohol solution with ultrasonic waves. The silver mirror film layer can be formed by spray-coating the composition liquid for forming the silver mirror film layer on the surface of the object to be coated and drying at room temperature.
